22. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

M91 refund policy is applicable only for marketable products (sealed and unused) within 30 days of receipt of the product by a member and not for unmarketable products (used and opened).

You can raise a return request within 7 days of the receipt of the product. It should be in good condition. Those who return any product, the amount will be credited automatically in the M91 Wallet which you can use for further purchase or Bank transfer.

23. SHIPPING POLICY

M91 takes care of delivering the product to the customer at zero shipping costs. M91 has tied up with multiple Logistics Partners who pick the products from the seller location and deliver it straight to the customer.Shipping cost of the product is added by seller in the selling price.

Seller dispatches the orders within the agreed time provided by M91 (also known as SLA- Service Level Agreement and is generally 2-3 days from receiving the order) to avoid any late dispatch penalty. It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day the customer placed his/her order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the order detail page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date.
